Theresa Schrader, Paralegal
Theresa Schrader joined Broadband Legal Strategies in 2016. She assists attorneys with research of Federal Communications Commission precedent and other law, drafting appeals, document review, and preparation for client and FCC meetings.
Prior to joining Broadband Legal Strategies, Theresa worked for 17 years in personal injury and commercial litigation in Texas, where she drafted petitions, discovery, and motions; prepared cases for trial; and assisted attorneys during trial. During this time, she also established a procedural training program for the firm’s legal secretaries and implemented procedures for internal case tracking and providing clients with case updates. In 2010, she joined a Tennessee’s firm’s insurance defense group assisting attorneys by drafting answers, conducting investigations, and summarizing medical records. Later, she provided paralegal support to the firm’s probate and estate planning section, assisting with probate administration, guardianships, locating and collecting assets, and drafting deeds.
